Sevendust - Black Out The Sun 2013

Sevendust merilis album ke 9 mereka dengan judul Black Out The Sun album ini akan dirilis pada tanggal 26 Maret 2013. Band alternative metal yang di gawangi oleh Lajon Witherspoon (vokal), John Connolly (gitar, backing vokal), Clint Lowery (gitar, backing vokal), Vinnie Hornsby (bass), dan Morgan Rose (drums, backing vokal).

Sebelumnya di tahun 2010 kemaren band ini merilis album yang diberi judul Cold Day Memory dan berhasil menempati posisi ke 12 Billboard 200 dan album ini menandai suksesnya Sevendust.



Album Black Out The Sun direkam di Architekt Studios Music di Butler New jersey dengan hits singel utamanya Decay. Pemilihan nama album tersebut dipilih karena mimpinya seperti yang mereka katakan "In the dream, the sun was going away and I was just looking for safety before it happened and not necessarily knowing what would happened when it blacked out but just knowing that something was scary. I guess it just seems more like the feeling of the unknown".
